At Blowers Green, we are proud to nurture compassionate, socially aware pupils who understand the importance of giving back. As part of our commitment to community and citizenship, each class supports a different charity throughout the school year.

This initiative allows pupils to:

• Learn about the charity’s mission and the people it helps
• Take part in meaningful activities and fundraising events
• Welcome visitors from the charity to share real-life stories and experiences
• Develop empathy, teamwork, and leadership skills

From organising bake sales and sponsored events to creating awareness posters and hosting assemblies, our pupils take an active role in making a difference. These experiences help children understand the value of kindness, responsibility, and community action.

We are incredibly proud of the way our learners engage with these causes and the impact they make – both within school and beyond.
